The May 2009 Leadership Impact Newsletter is about managing unresolved conflicts among senior management.

Few things are more unsettling for an organization than unproductive conflicts among senior management.  The ramifications echo throughout the organization. The negative impacts are too costly under normal circumstances, but the drains on performance and morale are especially dangerous in economic times like these.  However, when under stress, organizations are often inclined to sweep these problems under a rug, just when it matters most to clean them up.
