Helping Leaders & Organizations Excel

The March 2008 Newsletter is about how to manage and how NOT to manage. I learned a lot about how NOT to lead or manage in many of my early summer and part-time jobs. Did you have similar experiences? Remembering and profiting from those lessons is important. Few people set out to lead or manage badly, but they unconsciously fall into the same traps as others have before them.

There are also good examples. We need to be alert for them, because we don't always find them where we expect to. Pay attention, and you will find many wonderful leaders who can serve as worthy role models.

Einstein recommended: "Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler."
